Overview
WRCOG is governed by a General Assembly comprised of elected representatives from each of WRCOG’s voting member agencies. The General Assembly meets annually to elect new leadership, adopt the agency budget, and conduct other business as necessary.

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 WRCOG General Assembly & Leadership Address. The annual event serves as an opportunity to celebrate regional collaboration, share organizational accomplishments, and engage leaders from across Western Riverside County.
The 2027 General Assembly will be Thursday, June 17, 2027, at Pechanga Resort & Casino. Save the date for an unforgettable evening of networking, leadership, and regional connection. More details will be available in the coming months.

By attending the WRCOG 2026 General Assembly and Leadership Address, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and grant WRCOG the right to use any resulting images or video for promotional and archival purposes without compensation. Your attendance at this event signifies your agreement to release WRCOG and its affiliates from any liability related to the use of such media. You also waive any right to approve or inspect any photo, audio or video taken by WRCOG and its authorized representatives. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.

While WRCOG welcomes networking and socializing at the General Assembly & Leadership Address, please remember that we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment. Donate to the WRCOG Supporting Foundation
The WRCOG Supporting Foundation helps provide professional development, educational, and networking opportunities for local government officials, staff, and fellows through WRCOG programming and events. Donations to the Foundation help offset costs associated with these opportunities, allowing WRCOG to continue supporting its member cities and jurisdictions through regional collaboration, leadership development, and workforce advancement initiatives.
